    Default Unity In Islam (leaflet)

    Bismillah Al-Rahman Al-Raheem

    | UNITY IN ISLAM |

Allah Almighty orders unity amongst the believers and it is Haram (forbidden) for the Islamic Ummah to be divided in to different nationalities and it is also forbidden for the Islamic Ummah to have more than one ruler at one given time.

Allah (swt) says “And hold tight to the rope of Allah and be not disunited" (Qur’an 3:103), and He (swt) also says”And verily this Ummah of yours is One Ummah and I am your Lord and Cherisher: therefore fear Me.' (Qur’an 23:52)

The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "The Muslim Ummah is a unique Ummah among the whole of mankind: Their Land is ONE, their War is ONE, their Peace is ONE, their Honour is ONE and their Trust is ONE." (Ahmed)

    Reality of the Ummah

The reality of the Ummah is very different to what Allah Almighty orders. We are divided into many different nations (Bangladeshi’s, Pakistani’s, Syrian’s Egyptians and so on). We have many rulers in our lands even though the Messenger (saw) forbade us from having more than one ruler over us at one given time. Soon after the death of our Messenger (saw), some suggested that the Muslims have 2 rulers from 2 sides however Abu Bakr (ra) had this to say, “It is forbidden for the Muslims to have two Rulers for this would cause differences in their affairs and concepts, their unity would be divided and disputes would break out amongst them”

Call for Unity in the Ummah

There are sincere Muslims including our scholars and our youth that realise that the Ummah is disunited and going through a humiliating stage and the lack of unity amongst the Muslims is one of the major factors behind some of the humiliating incidents we experience time to time. However, what needs to be done to unite the Ummah is not mentioned often enough to make fellow Muslims realise their obligations towards working for the unity of the Muslims under one ruler as ordered by Allah’s Messenger (saw).

The Prophet (saw) said: "He is not one of us who calls for ‘asabiyyah, (nationalism) or who fights for ‘asabiyyah or who dies for ‘asabiyyah." (Abu Dawud). He (saw) also said: “When the oath of allegiance has been given for two Khalifs, kill the latter of them” (Muslim). The call for unity MUST include moving away from identifying yourself as Bangladeshi/Pakistani etc. It should also remind the Muslims that there are false borders drawn by the Kuffar to separate us; it should also urge the Muslims to move their support away from those rulers in our lands who rule by Kufr and serve America and the West instead of Allah Almighty and those who believe in Him.

    Political Unity

Unity in Islam is a political unity which should be visible outwardly. The Ummah should be united under Islam with one Ruler over them who rules by the Quran and Sunnah and nothing else. If the call for unity does not include what Islam orders and it is just a “title of a talk or conference” then we must remind ourselves to learn about our Deen before we end up misleading others.

The Prophet (saw) said: "Whosoever introduces into this affair of ours (i.e. into Islam) something that does not belong to it, it is to be rejected." (Al-Bukhari & Muslim)

DO YOU THINK HE'S TALKING ABOUT UNITY AS DESCRIBED IN THE ABOVE POST^^^?
    -------------------------------------------------------------
Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah called upon Islamic scholars around the world to make combined efforts to strengthen unity and solidarity among Muslims to put an end to the debilitating conflicts in the Islamic world.
He also called for spreading a culture of tolerance, reconciliation and moderation among Muslims.
In his keynote address to the second international Islamic conference organized by the Muslim World League in Makkah on Sunday, the king referred to the plight of the Syrians suffering under an oppressive regime for the past three years.
Makkah Gov. Prince Mishaal bin Abdullah read out the king’s speech. “These conflicts (in the Muslim world) have not only claimed innocent lives but also caused massive destruction. Moreover, they have undermined the security and stability of these countries,” the king said.
King Abdullah referred to Saudi efforts to reinforce unity and solidarity among Muslim countries. He referred to the Islamic summit hosted in Makkah two years ago for the purpose. He emphasized the role of nongovernmental organizations in achieving solidarity.

    Salam
The man mentioned above is hypocrite, just moving his toungue. The only way to restore the islamic khilafah, is the formation of an islamic political party that carries the correct islamic concepts and methodology, this already has been achieved by the formation of HT, the next step as you well know is the interaction with the ummah and this
is going to take sometimes. The current situation in the world is unsustainable, and if you are wondering why the batal is prevailing, it is because the people who are supposed to carry the haq are not doing their job. Therefore it becomes haq for the Batal to prevail.

Batil is prevailing because the Islamic Ummah isn't living up to the expectations set by Allah Almighty.
