    Default jehad in any form

Jehad is a means not a goal. Our goal in this life is to attain Allah's Pleasure and forgiveness. If the Prophet, sallalahu alayhi wasallaam, tolled a man to return to Yeman and "make jehad" serving his parents, why would any Muslim have a problem with that hadeeth being mentioned. Allah has prescribed different forms of worship for different times. This is not amarican, kafir, madkhali, dog, taghout opinion it is the truth that our religion has ordered us to follow. The fact that evil intentioned people use the truth to cover their evil does not take anything away from the truth. Let's not loss sight of why we were created and what our main mission is on earth.

Jihad has a shariah definition bro saifulhaq, it's not different things in different times.

Indeed Jehaad does have a Islamic definition which is to take "military measures" against the disbelievers, however the word is used in the Quraan and Sunnah in other ways as well to be understood by the contexts.

It is well known that the Meccan surahs using the word jihad including this one are not related to the TOPIC of Jihad in shariah as in the obligation of Jihad.

So we should not confuse the linguistic use of the word and the Shariah use because the shariah meaning is the only one relevant when we are speaking about the TOPIC of Jihad.

At first we have to know why jihad?Than how to establish Islam?
Without jihad you can't be a Mumin.Or without Mumin no one will be allowed
in the Heaven. So if you want this you have to fight with the cost
of your life and wealth. But if you fight against yous Nafs than where is the possibility to lose your life and wealth?

The best Jihad is the word of Justice in front of the oppressive Sultan
